From Our Graduates

While we have many points of pride, few match being able to say that many of our recent graduates have been accepted at some of the most highly regarded colleges and universities.

The College Counseling process at Chatham Hall builds on the academic, co-curricular, and spiritual experiences of each Chatham Hall girl, with a focus on options and fit. Our spiritual experience is grounded in two basic queries: who are you, and whose are you. We capitalize on this process of introspection in the college process as well. We begin conversations with younger students (freshmen and sophomores) about the why of college, as they then progress to asking what they expect from the college experience as it impacts who they are now and who they are becoming. This process of guided introspection helps girls make appropriate curricular choices while building a variety of life skills through their co-curricular and academic choices. With the support of advisors, faculty and parents, juniors then begin to ask where this growth will take place as they begin to build their college lists.
