Alumnae Reunion

Registration for Alumnae Reunion 2024 is now open!
Join us on campus May 3-5.

We hope to see you on May 3-5 for Reunion 2024!

All classes are welcome to attend, and we'll be celebrating classes ending in 4 and 9 including the Class of 1974 50th Reunion.

To register, fill out the form below using these three steps by March 24, after which fees will increase:

1. Scroll down to the Register section and use the dropdown menus to select the applicable categories.
2. Enter your information and billing details into the fields that appear and select Register.
3. If you are requesting an airport shuttle, complete this form with your travel information as soon as possible. Without this completed form, we will not be able to arrange your shuttle.

1:00 p.m. Check in begins, preview of the Silent Auction in the Large Drawing Room

2:30 p.m. History of Chatham Hall athletics presentation by Dr. Black in St. Mary's Chapel

3:30 p.m. Student-led campus tour starting in the Well

5:00 p.m. Wine tasting in the Whitner Art Studio

6:15 p.m. Class of 1974 Heritage Society Induction in St. Mary’s Chapel followed by Heritage Society Reception in the Tea Room

6:30 p.m. Purple & Gold Cocktail Party and dinner in the Van Voorhis Lecture Hall

7:00 p.m. Class of 1974 50th Reunion Class Dinner at the Rectory
Saturday, May 4

8:00 a.m. Morning activities, snacks available in the Small Drawing Room throughout the day

9:30 a.m. State of the School by Dr. Proctor and opportunity to meet incoming Rector Sara Stephenson in St. Mary’s Chapel

10:30 a.m. Brunch in the Van Voorhis Lecture Hall featuring a mimosa bar, remarks by Alumnae Awards Recipients Venita Fields '71 & Susanna Hogg '15, and a presentation about the newly established campus arboretum followed by student-led tours after the morning agenda

1:00 p.m. Afternoon activities

1:00 p.m. Classes of 2019 & 2024 Gathering in the Tea Room

6:00 p.m. Cocktail hour, class photos, and viewing of the Kentucky Derby at the Rectory

7:00 p.m. Celebration, dinner, and dancing at the Rectory

9:15 p.m. Lantern Ceremony overlooking the Soccer Field
Sunday, May 5

9:00 a.m. Reunion Chapel in St. Mary’s Chapel

9:45 a.m. Brunch in Yardley Dining Hall

A number of single and double occupancy rooms have been reserved for attendees at the Hampton Inn in Gretna, Va. Shuttles to and from campus will be provided.

Shuttles

Shared shuttle transportation from/to the Greensboro (GSO) and Raleigh (RDU) airports will be available. Shuttle arrangements must be made and paid for in advance, and finalized by April 19.
