Make a lasting impact!
On February 24, 1894, Chatham Hall was founded with a bold vision: to educate young women of promise and purpose. For 132 years, that vision has endured — growing stronger with each generation of students, families, alumnae, faculty, and friends who believe in the power of a Chatham Hall education.
Charter Day is Giving Day at Chatham Hall — and what better way to honor our founding than by investing in our future?
Our goal is ambitious: 500 donors and $125,000 raised in one day. And thanks to a series of exciting challenge gifts, your generosity will go further than ever before.
Here’s how your participation can unlock over $57,950 in additional funding:
Leadership Match Challenge Once $25,000 is raised, an additional $25,000 will be unlocked.
Purple Team Challenge $5,000 unlocked when we reach 200 Purple Team donors.
Gold Team Challenge $5,000 unlocked when we reach 200 Gold Team donors.
Past & Current Parent (PAC) Challenge $500 unlocked when 50 parents participate.
Alumnae Council Challenge $1,950 unlocked when 250 alumnae make a gift.
Trustee Challenge $20,500 unlocked when we reach 500 total donors.
Every single gift, no matter the size, moves us closer to unlocking these challenges. If you’ve already made your gift this year, thank you! Consider making an additional Charter Day gift to help us reach our goals and celebrate the day that started it all.
Mark your calendar for February 24. Let’s honor our past and fuel our future together.
