Welcome to Chatham Hall!

We are so excited to have you and your family join us. Here at Chatham Hall, everyone is encouraged to choose courage over comfort, ignite the light for others, and illuminate their world. We can’t wait to get started.

Matriculation Checklist

The Matriculation Checklist is a helpful tool to help your family keep track of everything that needs to be completed this summer. The checklist exists in two forms: one that's located on TurtleNet under the Checklist tab and this document.

Make sure to complete everything on the checklist, including these four steps, as you prepare to start your journey at Chatham Hall. Additional information and resources are available on the Matriculation Resource Board in TurtleNet.

1. Set Up Your Chatham Hall Email

Students should keep an eye out for a notification from our IT department on how to set up your new Chatham Hall email address. Once set up, we will communicate with students only through this email, so please check it often.
2. Submit Your Turtle Card Photo

Students will use their Turtle Card every day to enter buildings and make campus purchases. To help us make your student card, please upload a picture following these guidelines to TurtleNet.

3. Complete All TurtleNet Forms

Parents and students should login to TurtleNet and complete all required and optional forms by July 1. Forms include activity and field trip permission, cell phone number verification, waivers, and move in travel plans. To fill out the forms, login to TurtleNet, navigate to your name in the purple header, and use the drop-down next to your name to select Files & Forms.

Note, only one parental signature is required for Matriculation forms.
4. Complete All Magnus Forms

Parents should log into TurtleNet to access the Magnus Health portal and complete all required healthcare forms by July 1. Please review the Submitting Magnus Forms information sheet and reach out to nurses@chathamhall.org with questions.
