Our dining program offers a wide variety of healthy, fresh, and sustainable foods — that also happen to be delicious! There are vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary options, as well as new things you might not have tried and favorites just like you make at home, all chosen to help you stay healthy and strong. You'll gather weekly with your peers and advisors and teachers for three seated meals.
Our dining partner, Meriwether Godsey, uses local and sustainable ingredients and works hard to keep the menus fresh. You can also cook for themselves in the student kitchen located in the Niche.
