The Gates Scholarship (TGS) is a highly selective, last-dollar scholarship awarded each year to exceptional high school seniors nationwide. Designed to support outstanding student leaders, the program provides comprehensive funding to help recipients pursue higher education and reach their fullest potential. Each year, only a small group of students advance to the semifinalist stage, making Ana’s accomplishment especially impressive.
