Caroline Fisk joined Chatham Hall as a parent and chief enrollment officer in 2023. A graduate of Virginia Episcopal School and North Carolina State University, Caroline has previously worked as an educational consultant, helping students find the right independent school for them. She also served as the director of admission and community relations and associate head of school for advancement across 10 years at Warren-Walker School. So far, Caroline's favorite things about Chatham Hall are the community filled with joy and laughter and the beautiful campus. Outside of school, she likes to garden, camp, and travel.
Tia Afa P'27 and her family joined the Chatham Hall community in 2023. A graduate of Randolph College, she most recently served as operations manager at Quixotic Worx Films and has previously worked in admissions at the Madeira School. What she likes most about Chatham Hall is the acceptance and deep sense of belonging that she and so many others feel here.
Samantha Blankenship
Associate Director of Admissions; Summer Programs Manager
Samantha Blankenship came to Chatham Hall in 2021. She received a B.A. in communications from the University of South Carolina. Familiar with the girls' school environment after being the marketing specialist at St. Margaret's School, Samantha loves introducing and welcoming new families to the School, as well as being a class sponsor and Summer Programs manager. An avid traveler, she lives on campus and often visits nearby family.
Pamella Harbin came to Chatham Hall in 2016 after a 37-year career at Timken (Torrington). She works with the Admissions team to welcome prospective families and help them throughout the application and enrollment process.
