Alumnae Share Insight, Experience, and Inspiration
Life After Chatham
On Wednesday, January 14, Chatham Hall’s College Counseling Office hosted Life After Chatham, an alumnae panel for all juniors and seniors. The panel featured Morgan Brawley ’99, Katherine Leak ’15, Starr Brooks ’22, and Quiana Rodriguez ’21, four graduates at different stages of life and career, each offering a unique perspective on the paths that unfold after high school.
The conversation gave students an honest, engaging look at the many ways a Chatham Hall education continues to shape lives beyond the Hill. Panelists reflected on college transitions, early career exploration, unexpected pivots, and the value of staying open to opportunities that may not have been part of an original plan. Students heard firsthand how skills developed at Chatham, such as confidence, adaptability, critical thinking, and a strong sense of self, translate into life after graduation.
The energy in the room was unmistakable. Students were highly engaged, asking thoughtful questions and expressing enthusiasm about connecting with alumnae working in fields they are curious to explore. For many, the panel opened doors to ideas they had not previously considered and reinforced the power of the Chatham Hall network.
Thank you to Mrs. Tiffany Gray-Williams and Imani Brooks ’16 for facilitating this meaningful conversation and for their continued commitment to connecting current students with Chatham Hall graduates who have gone before them. Life After Chatham was a powerful reminder that while the paths beyond high school may look different for each graduate, the foundation built at Chatham Hall endures.
