Gray Named Lacrosse Coach

Chatham Hall is pleased to announce Jessica Gray as head lacrosse coach for the 2022 spring season. Gray, who recently moved to the area, comes from Drew University where she was the assistant director of athletic communications and head field hockey coach.
“I am really looking forward to working with the lacrosse team at Chatham Hall. I am looking forward to connecting with the root of athletics again and helping grow the love of the game,” noted Gray on her selection.

Gray was previously a multi-sport athlete, serving as a goalie in both field hockey and lacrosse. In lacrosse, she was named to the Suburban All-League Team in high school. She was also an All-American, went to the NCAA Field Hockey Championship in 2006, and a member of the 2018 Ursinus College Hall of Fame. After college, Gray was the assistant sports information director at Sweet Briar College. During her time at Drew University, she focused on lacrosse, field hockey, and softball.

“We are excited to have Jessica join the Chatham Hall family,” said Director of Athletics Jeremy Eubank. “Jessica’s experience as a player and coach is the ideal fit for our program and she will do a great job of leading our lacrosse team.”

Gray will assume her role at the start of the new year during pre-season conditioning. Her goals for the Turtles during her first season are to play as a unified team, improve each minute the team spends together, and build a firm foundation for future growth.

The Turtles will open their season at St. Gertrude School on March 25.
