The Athletic Director will be responsible for the day to day management of the athletic program including providing leadership to assistant athletic director, coaches, student-athletes, budget and equipment management, scheduling, managing transportation, professional development, overseeing social media, and developing programming appropriate to adolescent girls. This tutoring position would involve one-on-one and small group tutoring in math and science - especially in physics and chemistry. A member of the CAMS (Comprehensive Approach to Mastery Support) teaching staff, this person would support students who have learning differences necessitating some accommodations to meet success in robust science and math programs. This person reports directly to the Director of Academic Support.
The Math Department Head will take on the leadership role of inspiring and supporting members of the department to provide dynamic and meaningful math instruction to adolescent girls. A skilled classroom teacher, this person will teach a variety of courses, carry out evaluation of those in the department, develop meaningful programming and be well-versed in and willing to embrace different pedagogical approaches to teaching mathematics. This Math Department Head is a member of the Curriculum Committee. This position reports to the Assistant Head of School for Academics.
