How to Apply


To apply to Chatham Hall, prospective students must submit a completed application form and interview with a member of the admission staff (on campus whenever possible). The application consists of the following sections:

  • Application for Admission
  • Applicant Response
  • Parent Questionnaire
  • English Teacher Recommendation
  • Math Teacher Recommendation
  • Optional Recommendation
  • Request for Release of Records
  • Additional testing records (SSAT, PSAT, SAT or TOEFL) must also be submitted to the Admission Office.
